📚 Know the Rules — Reading and understanding the rules is your responsibility. "I didn't know" is not a valid excuse. By joining the city, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all server rules.
👥 About Our Staff — Our staff team is here to help, guide, and ensure rules are followed. If a rule does not have a specified punishment, staff has the right to issue a fair consequence based on the situation. You may always submit an appeal if you believe a punishment was unfair.
⛔ Bans & Enforcement — Staff reserves the right to ban any player at any time if they are found to be disruptive, harming RP quality, or suspected of having poor intentions toward the server or its members.

⚠️ Before You Join
REMINDER: When creating your character, your character MUST BE REALISTIC. Character names must resemble real-world names. No celebrity names. No TOS-breaking names. Violation = ban and CK. No troll characters. Unrealistic clothing is not allowed (100k or die outfits, costume masks, alien legs, etc.)
YOU MUST BE CLIPPING AT ALL TIMES while in our server. Failure to do so = ban. Failure to clip = automatic denial of all reimbursements and in-game reports. If you are breaking a rule in the clip, the clip is invalid and you will be banned. Your clip MUST have in-game audio and voice audio. Working audio is required to play. You must be on push to talk at all times.
This server is strictly 18+. Any individuals who are not roleplaying, have no intent to roleplay, and create disturbances while sounding underage will face a permanent ban.
📌 Key Rules at a Glance
GTA Driving = PERM BAN — Driving fast and reckless. Don't let a staff member catch you or you will be banned.
Unrealistic Outfits = PERM BAN — Wearing 100k or die outfits. If a staff member tells you to change and you don't, you will be perm banned.
Scamming/Stealing Gold Gem Items = PERM BAN — Plus a pocket wipe and all credits wiped.
Selling Stuff for IRL Money = PERM BAN — Automatic perm ban and blacklist from any servers on the network. We see everything.
Harassment of Females = IMMEDIATE PERM BAN — Maintain common respect and courtesy while in the city.
Pop-Out RP = PERM BAN — Stepping outside a green zone to engage in shootings. RP initiated within a green zone is NOT valid as initiation.
Brandishing — Pulling a weapon without valid RP justification = ban or mandatory community service (comserv).
Character Models — All players must use peds that correspond to their gender. Males = male peds, Females = female peds. You must get female verified to use a female ped. Failure = ban.
🚔 PD Rule Changes
Fear Count for PD increased to 4. PD must fear for their life only when 4 or more firearms are pointed at them.
F8 Quit on PD = CK. If a suspect disconnects, F8 quits, or leaves the game during an encounter with PD = Automatic Character Kill.
💀 Body Bagging Rule
Rule 24 — Body Bagging: If you have a body bag, it must be done correctly in the proper format. If not done correctly, you will be perm banned and your character will be deleted. Read the full rules document below.
🚫 Character Scaling & Child RP Policy
All players must roleplay as Adults at all times. Using the scale menu to make your character appear shorter is allowed, but any portrayal of childlike characters, behavior, or child RP is strictly forbidden.
❌ No child characters · ❌ No underage RP, family RP with minors, or references to being a kid · ❌ No child animations, voice changers, or behavior mimicking minors
Violating this rule = immediate ban & blacklist. We comply with CFX Rules.

🧍 General Requirements
Backstreets LA RP is a strictly 18+ server
A working microphone is required at all times
Clothing must not clip, appear checkered, or show missing textures
Day & Night pack is mandatory
All players must have required props installed (bushes and trees)
🎭 Roleplay Rules
All interactions involving violence must be backed by valid, quality roleplay
Guns should not be drawn unless in a hostile or justified situation
Remain in character at all times — NO OOC talk in-city
❌ Prohibited Actions
Rulesplaining: If a rule is broken, finish the scene and submit a 3-minute clip with audio in a ticket
VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch): No intentional ramming or using vehicles to harm others
RDM (Random Deathmatch): No killing without proper RP context
Metagaming: No using external info (e.g., Discord calls, streams)
Powergaming: No forcing actions that give unfair advantages
Exploiting: Report all bugs; using one = permanent ban
Combat Logging: Do NOT leave (F8/quit) mid-scene
Scamming for donation items is not allowed
No harassment or persistent targeting — results in permanent ban
🧠 Value of Life (NVL)
Always follow reasonable commands in hostile situations
Examples of NVL: Ignoring threats or guns pointed at you; rushing someone already holding a gun; risky stunts like unrealistic jumps or suicide actions
Civilians must fear gang members at all times
🚫 Scene & Info Restrictions
Do NOT return to a scene after receiving medical attention
Do NOT publicly share illegal locations or info
Do NOT impersonate emergency services
👤 Character Guidelines
Max 4 characters per player
No character bleeding (info or items between your characters)
Each character must have: Unique lore and personality; A realistic name, background, and appearance
Avoid: Famous names, brands, icons, or offensive terms; Slang or lazy/low-effort names
Maintain character integrity: No glitched or invisible body parts; No public nudity or ERP in public spaces; ERP allowed only in secluded, consensual settings
Sensitive RP topics like rape, sexual harassment, etc. = Immediate PERMANENT BAN
🗣️ /me and Emergency Usage
Use /me for roleplay actions only — if injured or downed, use for medical RP only
/911ems = for medical help · /911 = for police
When on your side (bleeding out), RP your injuries — no tactical callouts or metagaming
🎮 Graphic/Sound Packs
Graphic packs are allowed. Sound packs that provide unfair advantage, unrealistic, or shooter packs are strictly prohibited (no props, no vegetation, sound packs with hearing advantages like footsteps, stretched FOVs that give tactical or combat advantages)
🎒 Anti-Combat Log Looting
You ARE NOT allowed to loot people who crash/timeout (this will follow under exploiting — per ban)
You may not loot a player who isn't/wasn't in an active scene
👑 Gameplay Rules
🕒 Interaction & Roleplay Timing
30-Second Interaction Rule: You must engage in 90 seconds of QUALITY roleplay and have valid prior story/beef before killing/shooting anyone. Failure = RDM
45-Minute Cooldown: After an interaction, you must wait 45 minutes before interacting with the same person/group again
Weapons cannot be pulled before the interaction timer is complete
You may either kill OR rob — not both
An interaction may only start when all involved parties are outside of their vehicles (Exception: At Drug Locations, an interaction may begin even if one party is inside a vehicle — however, at least one person involved must be on foot)
Once a hostile interaction has begun, fleeing is not permitted. Attempting to flee grants KOS rights
🚫 Prohibited Actions
Breaking Character / OOC Talk: Never mention rules, Discord, Twitch, etc., in character
Combat Logging: Quitting to avoid death, item loss, or RP = Ban
Pocket Wiping: Leave player with radio and phone after robbery
Water/Ocean Dumping: Not allowed
/me Abuse: Only describe non-animated actions. When downed, only use /me for injury info
💀 Death & Medical Rules
Bleeding Out (on side): You are NOT dead — wait for EMS
Flat-Backed (fully downed): You are DEAD. You forget ALL info 30 mins before death; Start a new soul/life; Cannot remember the scene or retaliate; Cannot remind others of the scene
If revived by EMS, you may NOT return to the scene (Exception: PD revived by Combat Medic)
If a suspect is on their back, officers are required to administer CPR and role-play all necessary medical aid. Once stabilized, the suspect will still be processed by the police for their crimes
🧍 Civilian & Gang Limits
Super Civing: Civilians MAY NOT run in groups (3 or more) or act gang-like
Gang ID Required: Members must wear identifying gang clothing
False Flagging: Not allowed
Gang Initiation: Must be based on roleplay/story
Leaving Gangs/Jobs: Must be fully roleplayed in-city
🏙️ Green Zones
No crimes, scamming or hostile actions in: Apartments; Inside of Businesses (Interior only); All Civilian Jobs (Recycling, Mining, Lifeguard, Trucking, etc.); Mega Mall (Parking lot); Hospital
For Hospital and Apartments only, Green Zone protection extends to the building, its perimeter, and attached sidewalks
Do NOT run to green zones to escape RP or interactions
🚓 Law Enforcement & Traffic Stops
Traffic Stops: Must be fully roleplayed — no immediate chases
Impersonating PD/EMS: Prohibited
Fear RP: If PD loses, gangs must still fear PD and leave the scene — no sticking around for EMS
📦 Inventory & Stashes
No accessing of stashes or trunks during an RP scene
Do not carry valuables into paintball. Lost items won't be returned
If items disappear due to space issues, they WILL NOT be reimbursed
Job abuse to steal from businesses is prohibited
🚲 Vehicles & Drug Rules
Use of aircraft as getaway vehicles is prohibited
No selling drugs from vehicles — must be on foot
No selling at Cayo, Green zones & MLOs (interiors like homes, businesses, gang spots). Drug sales must be at street level & mainland only
💥 Weapons, Scenes & Territory
No Molotovs at drug locations
Cayo rules: You can rob anyone. You may steal anything, but all weapons and F9 (donator items) can only be robbed if they were being used
KOS Rules: Cayo Perico (Gang Island): KOS + Cayo rules
Airdrops: Cayo: KOS + Cayo rules. City: KOS. NO ROBBING AT ALL
Gang Sprays: Must be used reasonably
Airdrops: No teaming or alliances at city airdrops
Potion Abuse
Using any type of potion during an active RP scene, combat situation, or confrontation to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Potions are intended to enhance fun and accessibility—not for powergaming or exploiting mechanics
🍃 New Life Rule
If you are flat-backed (fully downed) by a player in a scene, your character forgets the entire scene leading up to death (events, enemies, conflicts, storylines)
Job, gang affiliation, and established friendships remain consistent despite the memory wipe
Body cam footage is ONLY for reporting rule violations. It cannot be used IC for memory recall. Do NOT say "I have body cam" in the middle of scenes — courtroom roleplay is the only exception
You may not return to the scene or surrounding area if you leave to receive medical attention
Do NOT return to your death location to resume RP, confront, or retaliate. You are considered a new soul/life
If you are on your side (bleeding out), roleplay your injuries realistically
If you are flat-backed, do NOT use /me for anything other than describing injuries (no comms, plans, etc.)
Do NOT use /911ems until the scene has fully concluded
Do NOT press E to respawn at hospital during an active scene. Wait until the scene is over
⛓️ Criminal Rules
🎯 Targeting & Robbery Restrictions
If an interaction lasts at least 30 seconds and is hostile & valid, you must choose to rob OR kill — not both
Robbery is only allowed while the player is still alive or on their side and with valid RP
Once a player is robbed, you may not kill them afterward
Robbery Prohibited In: Civilian job areas; Payment locations (Banks & ATMs); Barber shops; Clothing stores
Do NOT hide in green zones, apartments, or houses to avoid or escape RP
⚠️ Rules for Interactions
Value Your Life: Do not pull a weapon if someone has a gun on you
Do not explain rules & rulebreaks during scenes
Killing Cops: Must involve high-quality roleplay
No explaining police SOPs during a scene. Finish the scene, then file a report
Do NOT ask "How many cops are in the city?"
💰 Robbery Guidelines
Only take items from a player's pockets — no bank or cash app transfers
Pocket wiping is prohibited. You may not take: Phones; ID cards; Any personal essential items
Pets and shoulder pets may not be robbed
Donation Items: May only be robbed if used in an active scene. A 2-minute clip with player IDs is required to request item return. Without a clip, donation items are considered fair game
🔒 Hostage Rules
No friends or gang members may be used as hostages
Hostages may not rejoin the scene after being rescued (Exception: police officers who were taken hostage)
Hostage time limit: You may only hold the hostage 5 minutes before a scene starts. You may NOT hold a hostage while waiting for a cooldown to end
Hostage limits: Fleeca Banks & Stores: Max 2. All other heists: Max 3
🚫 Vehicle Restrictions
Drug Sales must be completed on foot. No drug dealing from vehicles, bikes, or aircraft. If caught selling from a vehicle: marked or washed money will be removed
Use of aircraft to evade law enforcement is prohibited
🧑🦰 Appearance Changes
No drastic plastic surgery or major appearance changes if you have an active warrant
👤 Faction vs Civilian
🚫 Civilians are permitted to press gang members exclusively at drug harvesting or processing areas, provided civilians and their allies have a numerical advantage
⚠️ Gangs must give 3 verbal warnings before using weapons
❌ No shooting together unless it's a heist hire
✅ You can tax civilians at drug locations (25% of that drug max). If they refuse: you may rob/kill (not flatback) them
🌿 Weed is a civilian drug — cannot be taxed by gangs
⏳ Tax cooldown: 2 hours. Note: This does not apply to Recycling or any business locations
If there is no one at the drug processing location when you pull up to tax then leave if you are not doing drugs yourself
💸 Heist Rules
🧍♂️ Hostage Rules
Hostage Limits: Fleeca Banks & Store Robberies: Max 2 hostages. All other heists: Max 3 hostages
Hostages must fear for their life. They cannot assist, provide information, or help in any way
Taking PD Hostage: PD hostage ONLY — EMS cannot be taken hostage under any circumstances. Taking PD hostage counts as 2 demands. A 2-hour cooldown is required before taking PD hostage again. NO killing or robbing any government officials at any time
⏱️ Heist Protocol
Cooldown Between Heists: You must wait 1 hour between heists
No Heists 15 Minutes Before Server Restart — Doing so = Fail RP
No Interfering in Robberies: Even if your friend or gang member is involved or being held hostage. You may follow robbers, but must initiate proper RP — no ramming, threats, or loot demands without a valid storyline
Exploiting Any Heist = Permanent Ban
🔁 Heist Mixing
You may mix gangs, criminal orgs, and civilians ONLY during heists. Everyone involved must be out of gang colors. This is the only exception to the no-mixing rule
🚓 Getaway Vehicle Restrictions
The following vehicles are NOT allowed during heists: Helicopters; Airplanes; Emergency Vehicles
🚓 Police Rules
📋 General Expectations
Becoming a police officer is a privilege, not a right. Officers are expected to uphold the law equally — including toward themselves and other officers
High-quality, fair, and realistic roleplay is required at all times
🎙️ Communication & Equipment
All PD officers must have: A working microphone; Be on the PD radio frequency (1)
Police equipment (weapons, items, etc.) may NOT be exchanged with non-PD players. Doing so = Corruption (ban-worthy offense)
Officers going off-duty must: Dispose of PD-issued weapons, gear, and vehicles; Not retrieve equipment from PD while off-duty
Fired officers with lingering roles may NOT access PD resources — doing so is exploitation
🔫 Use of Force Guidelines
Tasers (non-lethal) are the default — only use lethal force if: There is direct danger to officers/civilians; A high-ranking officer gives the order
Lethal force = last resort, only to eliminate a real threat
🚔 Heist & Suppression Protocol
Police may assume suppressive fire will occur during heists/robberies. If suppressive fire is received, lethal force is permitted. Both sides (police and criminals) may fire back with intent to injure or down. (This rule does NOT apply if a hostage is present)
🚓 PD Employment Restrictions
PD Employees may NOT conduct any criminal activity, on the same soul or as a cousin character
No gang or criminal cousins allowed
Cannot be involved in any crime or corruption — doing so will result in a permanent ban
🚫 Prohibited Actions
Negotiators cannot be taken hostage. If it happens, let the scene play out, then submit a ticket with a 2-minute clip
Police may NOT randomly walk up and search people. Doing so is considered RDM
You can NOT steal PD vehicles
Do not wear PD uniforms if you're not employed
Abuse of power is not tolerated: Excessive jailing; Misuse or overuse of police reports; Giving away PD/EMS locations or items; Giving information about evidence/destroying evidence; Selling/distributing PD gear to non-emergency players; Using PD equipment off-duty
Any use of a government job for corruption = PERMANENT BAN
🚨 Scene Conduct with EMS/PD
Gangs may NOT kill officers and remain at the scene. You must fear PD and evade after a shootout
PD will give sky notifications before breaching a gang-vs-gang scene. They will issue warnings before engaging

When downed, use /911ems. EMS will treat you on-scene, unless PD requests transport to the station
Do not call EMS for help while actively in a scene. Wait until the scene has fully concluded
If no EMS are on duty, use /help to be revived and return to the hospital
🚑 EMS Employment Restrictions
EMS Employees may commit crimes, but after 3 criminal offenses, you will be fired and blacklisted from EMS
EMS can have a gang cousin
If committing crime as EMS, it must be done on the same soul
Do not share criminal information with anyone while employed in a government job
If you were in a gang, you must wait a mandatory 3-day cooldown before joining EMS or PD
🚫 Prohibited Behavior
Do not rob, kill, kidnap, or take EMS employees hostage
You cannot force EMS to perform medical tasks at gunpoint
You can NOT steal EMS vehicles
Do not wear EMS/PD uniforms if you're not employed
Corruption results in PERMANENT BAN: Healing off-duty; Giving away PD/EMS locations or items; Selling/distributing EMS gear to non-emergency players; Using EMS equipment off-duty
🚨 Scene Conduct with EMS/PD
Gangs may NOT kill EMS Responding to scenes (This excludes combat medics)
If a scene is active, unsafe, or not yet cleared by PD, EMS is required to stage at a safe distance until confirmation is given that it is safe to enter (from /911ems call or PD Radio Confirmation Code 4)
✈️ Driving & Flying Rules
🚗 Driving Rules
Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM) is prohibited: You may not use your vehicle to harm players or disable their vehicles (outside of proper police pit procedures)
No Off-Roading in Street Vehicles: Only off-road vehicles may be driven off-road
Drive Realistically: Taking unrealistic jumps or using terrain inappropriately is considered FAIL RP
🛩️ Flying Rules
Flying is restricted to certified pilots ONLY
All pilots MUST be on radio frequency 22.3 when operating any aircraft
Unlicensed Pilots: Caught flying = $250,000 fine. If in a personal aircraft, it will be impounded until the fine is paid
Prison Breaks by Aircraft: Will result in $150,000 fine. Personal aircraft used will be impounded until fine is paid
Government Pilots (EMS/PD): Must still obtain a civilian pilot license. PD/EMS pilot certification applies only to on-duty use

🎯 Purpose
We are committed to maintaining an objective, fair, and professional staff team. These rules ensure that staff operate with integrity and uphold high-quality roleplay standards
📜 General Guidelines
All staff decisions are final. You may request an appeal, but ongoing arguments will not be entertained
Abuse, disrespect, or harassment toward staff — in-city or in tickets — will not be tolerated
Do not DM staff members privately unless instructed or given permission
⚖️ Staff Conduct & Power Limitations
Staff may not teleport, spawn items, or provide assistance unless there is a valid RP or technical reason
No bribes of any kind will be accepted: Staff caught accepting = Immediate removal + ban. Player offering bribe = Ban
All server rules apply to staff at all times. In rare cases where an override is necessary, higher management will review it
You may file a report if you believe a staff member has abused power or acted inappropriately
🗣️ Roleplay & Communication
Do NOT approach staff about: Tickets; OOC questions (Only allowed if staff initiates or the situation requires immediate action)
When staff are in-character: Treat them as their character, not as staff. They are not to break character during scenes
🔒 Privacy & Evidence
Staff are not required to share evidence used in punishments. If you wish to appeal, be ready to submit your own clips
Staff are not allowed to share: Other players' punishments; Ticket outcomes (This info remains between staff and the player involved)

Roleplaying as a faction member in Backstreets LA offers one of the most immersive, dynamic, and exciting experiences within our server. The faction life is filled with opportunities to engage in action-packed storylines, form alliances, confront rival factions, and navigate the complex underworld of the city. These principles protect our server's lore, encourage authentic roleplay, and ensure every faction experience is as engaging as it is fun.
Understanding the Rules Is Crucial
Knowing and following these principles is fundamental to maintaining the integrity and quality of roleplay. Ignorance of the principles is not an excuse. Violating them can result in consequences affecting your character's progress or standing in the faction community.
Respect — Faction Oversight, Faction Team & Staff
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Disrespect toward any member of the Faction Team or staff
No harassment, excessive arguing, or blatant disrespect in any form
Constructive criticism is welcome, but hostile attitudes and personal attacks will not be tolerated
If you have an issue or disagreement, handle it maturely and through the proper channels
Failure to abide = disciplinary action at staff discretion. Staff decisions are final

📜 General Gang Rules
All gang members must follow these rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in strikes, suspension, or disbandment.
Gang Clothing & Colors: All members must wear their gang flag. Gang colors must be worn at least 25% at all times (pants or top). The majority of your outfit must reflect your gang's flag colors. No gang attire while working whitelisted jobs. No helmets, flippers, or scuba gear.
Appearance / Graphics: Must use a realistic graphics pack (day/night cycle required).
Civilian Females: No shooting without a valid reason. No weird behavior or unnecessary toxicity.
Civilians: Do not kill or rob civilians unless provoked. You may ONLY rob civilians if they shoot at you first.
Roof Shooting: Not allowed. No shooting from rooftops or platforms without ceilings.
Free Agency: Maximum 2 gang claims per month (starting on the 1st). No cooldown between claims besides the 2-per-month limit. You must claim your gang in Discord before flagging up. If you receive a role without claiming in Discord, you will receive a 30-day gang ban.
Sliding Cooldowns: 30-minute cooldown at gang blocks (applies to BOTH gangs). The entire gang cannot spin/interact with that gang during the cooldown but may interact with other gangs. 15-minute cooldown for street scenes.
T Count: Max T size is 10 in the streets. Unlimited on blocks.
Roster Limit: Max roster size is 20 (non-negotiable). Rosters must be updated bi-weekly in the roster channel.
Fair Play: If a Gang Boss is caught cheating, it may result in disbandment. If five members are caught cheating, it may also result in disbandment.
Movement Exploits (Not Allowed): Speed boosting, radio rolling, B rolling, emote reloading, and emote robbing.
Drive-Bys: Allowed only against gangs you have gang beef with. You may not exit the vehicle. You may not stop unless the driver dies. No circling the block for additional drive-bys.
Surrender Rules: If someone surrenders, you may rob them or take them hostage for RP. You may not kill them. Everything can be robbed except phones and radios.
End of Scene / Third Party: You may not wait for two gangs fighting to finish to start your own scene. If two gangs are fighting, fear your life and leave the area. Roaming or hanging around is considered third-partying and may result in a strike. Third-partying in shootouts is not allowed.
Businesses & Safe Areas: You may not flee into businesses to avoid interaction. Workers inside whitelisted businesses cannot be pressed or robbed. No pressing inside whitelisted businesses, mechanic shops, clubs, restaurants, sidewalks directly connected to entrances, or parking lots directly connected to entrances.
Blocking MLO Entrances: No blocking or obstructing gang MLO entrances with vehicles. All entrances must remain accessible at all times.
Recruitment (Gang Wars): All participants must officially be in the gang within the city and show activity within the past 24 hours. No bringing in outside shooters for wars.
Gang Events: No pressing or pushing gangs 10 minutes before an event or until 10 minutes after the event officially ends.
🤝 Interaction Rules
You must complete 1 interaction validated by Gang Oversight before establishing official gang beef. This interaction cannot involve any shooting, must include proper roleplay with a clear story/reason for hostility, must have full audio, be at least 2 minutes long, and no rule breaks can be displayed.
Once beef is established, required interaction time before escalation is 30 seconds on the block and 30 seconds on the streets (including drug locations).
T Limit: Maximum 10 T on the streets and unlimited at the block.
For vehicle interactions, you may initiate from inside a vehicle but you must announce your gang name. If the opposing gang announces their name back, both gangs must exit their vehicles to continue the interaction.
If you are outnumbered in a 3:1 ratio, you are required to fear for your life and roleplay accordingly.
There is no being on balconies during interactions. All parties must be on the ground and within hearing distance at all times.
⚔️ Gang Beef Rules
Only the Gang Boss or Gang Underboss can post POV to validate the Gang Beef.
MAX T 10 during gang wars.
🚧 Interactions on the Block
When defending your block, you may have unlimited T.
You may only call for backup at the start of the interaction.
Whoever is already on the block when the interaction begins will be your official T count for that situation.
If an interaction starts on your block with another gang, backup must be called at the start — no additional calls once it has already begun.
🔫 KOS Rules (Kill On Sight)
KOS is ONLY allowed on gang-controlled blocks.
KOS must be agreed upon by ALL involved parties.
POV is REQUIRED (No POV = NO KOS).
🎭 RP Protection & Player Choice
RP-heavy areas (including whitelisted businesses) are protected from random violence.
Players who don't want forced beef must have fair RP options to avoid escalation through RP choices.
🏥 Faction vs EMS / PD Rules
Do NOT kill, threaten, or take EMS hostage.
Do NOT call EMS until the scene is fully concluded.
Injuries MUST be properly roleplayed with EMS.
You MUST adhere to the PD traffic stops and wait out the 5 min interaction time before calling for backup with PD.
PD may NOT be shot without valid RP reason.
NO emoting, taunting, or disrespecting downed or dead PD.
Faction bosses must ensure members follow all rules.
Do not snatch bodies out of locked PD cars — doing so will result in a strike.
👤 Faction vs Civilian
Civilians are permitted to press gang members exclusively at drug harvesting or processing areas, provided the civilians and their allies have a numerical advantage.
Gangs must give 3 verbal warnings before using weapons.
No shooting together unless it's a heist hire.
You can tax civilians at drug locations (25% of that drug max). If they refuse: you may rob/kill (not flatback) them.
Weed is a civilian drug — cannot be taxed by gangs.
Tax cooldown: 2 hours. Note: This does not apply to Recycling or any business locations.
If there is no one at the drug processing location when you pull up to tax then leave if you are not doing drugs yourself.

👤 Individual Strikes
1st Strike: $250,000 fine + 250 comms
2nd Strike: $300,000 fine + 500 comms
3rd Strike: $500,000 fine + 750 comms
4th Strike: Removal + 1-month blacklist
❌ Failed PC Check
1 faction strike + ban + permanent blacklist
⚔️ Faction Strikes
1st Strike: $650,000 fine + no activity/colors (3 days)
2nd Strike: $1,250,000 fine + leader strike + no activity/colors (7 days)
3rd Strike: Disbandment + leader banned (appeal after 30 days)
🚨 Faction Reporting Rules
Clips Required: Reports must include at least 2 minutes of footage with audio from both sides. No clip = no report.
POV Requests: Only faction bosses may request POVs if needed.
Where to Report: All reports must be posted in #pov-request — not faction chats or DMs.
No Revenge Reports: Only report real rule breaks, not petty or revenge reports.
No Interaction After Report: Once a report is submitted, no negative interactions with that faction until staff handles it.
🟥 F9 Zone Rules
Only robbing/flatbacking allowed (except your own members)
Once you leave the zone, you can't return
Must be in rob animation before the zone ends to rob
Cannot rob Tebex items, player-locked items, or weapons
30 sec outside zone limit or get shot
Must be inside zone to shoot
No cars or helicopters in zones
5-min grace period after zone ends
You can call backup, but T-count must stay at 10
Speed boosting/glitch rolling is ONLY allowed in zones
📜 Turf Rules
You must have your ORIGINAL 10T from Friday
No robbing weapons — heals & ammo only
No bush camping (max 1 minute in bushes)
No talking in side chat if you're dead
